We will work to: Do you need an interpreter who speaks your language? Did you know that Contra Costa Health Plan has trained interpreters who can help you by phone and sometimes in person? This service is free and easy to use. If you think you need an interpreter at your next doctor visit, ask for one. If you have any problems getting an interpreter, call 877-661-6230 and follow the prompts to reach Member Services. We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We can also help you translate a document in a different language if you need it. Just ask our Member Services Department.
